RETURNS.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase from our online shop, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible to return goods, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  If you have a concern with a product, it is best to contact us directly via email at: customer.service@SKNtech.com.  Shipping / Postal / Delivery charges will be at the customer’s expense.

 If applicable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.   If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. Sale items (if applicable) cannot be refunded.  Only regular-priced items may be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same thing, email customer.service@skntech.com and send your item to: SKNtech, 350 / 4 Young Street, Neutral Bay, Sydney,  NSW 2089, AU.

If the item is a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate is sent to you, subject to approval.

To return your product, you should: Mail it to SKNtec, 350 / 4 Young Street, Neutral Bay, Sydney,  NSW 2089, AU.  You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is deductible from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DELIVERY.

We have standard delivery charges Australia-wide. We waive delivery charges for Retail orders Australia-wide.  Rest of the world, delivery is dependent on locality. Similarly, small orders below 5kg and over $150 will be delivered free of charge by standard postal services.   We dispatch orders within two business days and shipping times are estimated at 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. If your order still has not arrived, contact SKNtech at customer.service@SKNtech.com, and we will make inquiries on your behalf. You will receive confirmation of your orders; an email confirmation will generate on successful order submission. If the delivery person cannot find you, for example,  Australia Post leaves a Calling Card at the address, you must go to the post office specified to collect the item.  International parcels will be subject to the delivery mechanisms employed in your country. When registering and supplying address details, please remember that someone must be available to sign for the goods.  Based on this, using a business delivery address often ensures your goods get delivered.   We will contact you to advise of an out-of-stock situation and advise on an approximate date of restocking or seek to understand your wishes ranging from a desire to wait for the whole order, credit and delivery of a partial order or a full credit and await to reorder.  If you have purchased the wrong product, we will gladly provide a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the product minus any delivery charges, providing the product(s) is/are unopened and in original packaging. Occasionally packaging is damaged “in transit”. We cannot replace products if all that is damaged is the packing.

Products returned without a reason or authorization will not be credited or replaced. However, we will replace products returned due to faults or client reactions. The cost of returning products will reside with the customer.  If there is any concern with a product, it is best to contact SKNtech by email at customer.service@SKNtech.com.   For Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal Afterpay and Google Accounts.
