SKNtech FAQ’s - Returns and Deliveries.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST
We have a standard delivery charge Australia wide of between $15 and $25 for loads over 5kg. However, if you order is in excess of $100 and $150 respectively delivery charges are waived Australia wide. Rest of world delivery is dependent on locality similarly, small orders below 5kg and over $150 will be delivered free of charge by standard postal services.
ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHERE IS IT?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. If your order still has not arrived, contact SKNtech at customer.service@SKNtech.com and we will make inquiries on your behalf.
WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDERS?
Yes, an email confirmation is generated on successful order submission.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY PERSON CANNOT FIND ME?
Australia Post leaves a Calling Card at the address you will need to go to the post office specified to collect the item. International parcels will be subject to the delivery mechanisms employed in that location.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?
When registering and supplying address details please remember that someone must be available to sign for the goods. Based on this, using a business delivery address often ensures your goods get delivered.
THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK,
OR IS THE WRONG PRODUCT OR I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?
We will contact you to advise of an out of stock situation and advise on an approximate date of restocking or seek to understand your wishes ranging from a wish to wait for the full order, a credit and delivery of a partial order or a full credit and await to reorder. In circumstances where you have purchased the wrong product we will gladly provide a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the product minus any delivery charges, providing the product(s) is/are un-opened and in original packaging. Occasionally packaging is damaged “in transit”, products will not be replaced if all that is damaged is the packing. Products returned without a reason or authorization will not be credited or replaced. Products returned due to faults or client reaction will be replaced not credited. The cost of returning products will reside with the customer. WHAT CREDIT CARDS DOES SKNTECH ACCEPT.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Afterpay and Google Accounts. Your payment will appear on your payment statement as Aptcorp Pty Ltd (In this instance Aptcorp Pty Ltd is trading as SKNtech in Australia).
